We have both travelled to different parts of the world, sometimes individually and sometimes together.

Afghanistan, India, Iran, Nepal, and Pakistan

During 1973-1976, I traveled frequently overland between London & Kathmandu and vice-versa, each trip lasting 72 days. Also, during the same period, time was spent in Scandinavia and Central Europe.

Some of the countries no longer exist. Yugoslavia has become separate countries, as has the USSR with East/West Germany becoming one country again. I did cross Checkpoint-Charlie frequently between East & West Berlin, long before the wall came down.
